What are the things to look out for when purchasing a used bike?

I'm eyeing a 2018 Mojo XT. It's run 30k and I'm looking to finance it. Has anyone financed a used bike before? Could you please guide me through the process?
Also he's quoted 140k. Is there any wiggle room in that price? What should I check when going to see it in person? This will be my first bike. I'm 27, 5'11'' and weigh 88kgs.
Please forgive me ignorance but I would really appreciate any help I can get in this regard. Thanks!
