I have two coworkers who started at my job. One is 50 and from India and the other is 44 and from Bangladesh. They are both friends. We are all women. I am 28. They are both nice and always smile back when I smile at them. The Bangladeshi has a daughter who works here too.

The Bangladeshi woman told me, "You always smile at me and I don't know why." When we were sitting next to each other in the break room, she told her daughters while talking on the phone in Bengali language that I always smile at her. Then I saw her talking to the Indian woman when she came in the break room and maybe told her too.

The Indian woman and I had a good start. We worked together once and talked. She hugged me only two times. She still always greets me and asks me how I am, but I have a feeling that she has been distant. We worked together once and never again. Like she's avoiding me or something. She doesn't want to work with me and changed her days off. I also saw her talking to a manager for a long time, maybe something about me.

I have this feeling that the Bangladeshi woman knows something that I don't. I think the Indian woman told her something about me but advised her to not say anything to me. I also don't see the Bangladeshi's daughter anymore because she changed her schedule to morning, I guess to avoid me.

The Bangladeshi woman is nice, but I don't know about the Indian woman. She doesn't want to work with me. She keeps her distance from me but still greets me and asks me how I am every time she sees me.
