This is the third time this has happened. Twice with me and once with my neighbor, all in a span of 2 weeks. We order something, Amazon shows delivered yet no sign of the item. Ask around, just incase they got the address wrong ,but nope. Their customer care number is computerized, they told us they will call us back yet they never did. No number of the delivery guy or something and no accountability at all. They refunded the amount the last time after three weeks, but fuck that man this time I really needed the item delivered on time. It was a gift for a friend and I don't care about refund. Have you all also faced this issue? What did you do in this situation?
