So I booked tickets for Kong: Skull Island for tomorrow's 4 PM show, and I used the cash@cinema option, and it all worked fine (e-mail and all).
Just now, I went to see if Kong is sold out (apparently it's not), but I noticed one little thing: The seats I booked were not marked in red. Thinking it's a minor bug, I went to check Book My Show, and even that is showing the same thing: both the seats I booked are still open. EDIT: I'm not entirely sure about the fate of my Logan tickets considering the show is sold out now.
I'm not entirely sure if this is actually a bug or if it is by design, but I figured I'd share it here.
Second edit: Apparently the contact number at Cinepolis is switched off. WTF.
Third edit: apparently Cinepolis refuses to acknowledge that I even bought tickets when I ask to resend email confirmations.
Fourth edit: I'm in Bangalore, and apparently the Cinepolis website is riddled with bugs. It doesn't even have persistence on the filters if I change the date on which I want to book my tickets.
