So I work from home and need a high speed WiFi. I opted for airtel Xtreme since that was easiest to get through the app and same day connection. It worked great initially. The speed was good and very few network drops. Until it was good anymore. I had recharged for 6 months as it showed discount and since then, anytime there's a problem in connectivity, and I call for a complaint they say they are working on it for days. I finally asked for disconnection on the call and they said they have raised a disconnection request but when called again for status, I found out that they haven't raised a disconnection request. This happened at least 10 times in last month. The account shows still active in the app and they're still charging me for every day when it's not working since more than a month. Raised a complaint on consumer helpline app, no help, just hot a reply that disconnection will happen within 7 days but it has been 15 days since that reply and there's no change. Any advice on how to get back the refund, will be really grateful.
