Anyone having a poor experience with VijaySales.com?

I ordered myself an iPhone 15 on VijaySales.com especially after seeing on Apple website that they are an authorized seller of apple products. But it has been stuck on "order placed" for many days and when I visited their twitter page found many others who also were complaining about the same.
Their customer support isn't even cancelling the order.
Anyone else have experience with this site? What's the likely outcome here for me?
I really want to cancel and order from the Apple online store.
