Can I use Sections to automatically define color schemes?

Post Body

I'm working on a guide that has color bars on the sides of the page that correspond to each section. I currently a different parent page for each section. The parent page contains the section marker, the page number marker, and the color bar for the section on it. As I'm tweaking things and adding photos and callouts, I have to reapply the sections and parent pages to the document pages as the content shifts. I set up a style called section title and used it on the title of each section, converted it to a note to hide it, and then used that to generate the TOC. Can I use those to define my sections and my text block color for the section?
