For any single mothers out there who got pregnant as a result of a breeding hookup, how has raising the child been? Is not having a partner there to help out hard?

My urge to knock someone up has always been strong, but it's been growing in the past few months to the point where it's hard to ignore. But...im not about to force a relationship just to fullfill a single desire. I dont want any child of mine to grow up with anything other than two loving parents who care for eachother and them.

At the same time, I have to face a complcated reality. I work a very dangerous job, and i hear of people dying in my field of work on a monthly basis. The chances of me dying on the job arent guaranteed, but theyre higher than your average profession. I dont know if ill even get the chance to build the full relationship and family that i dream of.

My point is this: im considering breeding someone for the sake of keeping my lineage alive, and for fulfilling a dream of mine - in case i dont make it all the way. Id like to hear from mothers whose children are a result of planned hookups: what are your stories? Do the kids have questions? Are they upset to know theyre father isnt around anymore? Is it even a good idea to tell them the truth? Im open to an ongoing conversation.
