My partner is an H1B visa holder, she's had one since spring 2019 and has been in the States for a total of 5 years (was on a J before that). I am American. We want to go back to visit her family now that Ireland will be letting fully vaxxed people in without a quarantine period.
Is this possible given the current "travel bans," which include Ireland? All of the information about them seems to be geared towards new visa applicants and/or people who are not already in the US. We're not married but could be if that would make it easier (we're planning on getting married soon anyway and can do the legal bit whenever).
