I noticed yesterday that there's a new site for USCIS processing times, with two dropdowns: form, and field office/service center.

The form dropdown works fine, but the field office/service center dropdown is grayed out and cannot be clicked on, no matter what form one selects in the first dropdown.

Naturally the old link at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do redirects to the new site.

I saw this post from about a week ago that seems to suggest everything was fine then. Am I doing something wrong?

I've tested this on multiple computers (Windows and Mac) and multiple browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, even Internet Explorer 11 because why not).

It doesn't seem to matter what form I select, even the four that are part of the pilot for the new calculation methodology.
