I485 filed, No Upates since 2 years

Hi,
I have been working for my employer, and they filed my I-485 on October 2020. Sent my medical on November 2021. Have not heard anything since. USCIS status shows biometrics have been received in March 2021, and there hasnt been any update ever since. My collegues who have applied later then me have got their Green Card within 6 months of filling I-485. Need help on what I can do.
PS: My immigration lawyer from the employer said the only option is to sue the USCIS for this.
