IDOL Wage Claim question!

Back in Feb I filed online for a wage claim. A company did not pay me my final paycheck and after weeks of going back and forth with the company I filed a wage claim back on 2/15.
I have yet to get any updates and when i check online none of the info has changed since filing. I really have no idea who to contact about an update as there's not many leads.
Has anybody gone through the process, and if so how long does it all take? I could really use those funds so it's been frustrating.
