anyone can give me some info, checked on getting a cc and failed

so i had the info of someone, and i tried to apply for a CC with a low amount, i must have entered something wrong but whatever, it was declined. and that was it, did use the info for anything else, should i be concerned about anything, i didnt totally mask myself as i was really just curious if it would work, would have not accepted offer if it was given.
What would reason be for auto denial? im pretty sure i had the addy right, but for sure had ss, name, dob.
with that said anyone want some info lol
