I really dig the sort of noisey and abrasive hip hop thing NAH and Techno have, and while I do prefer the hip hop instrumentals that those 2 have, Atari Teenage Riot also fills the noisey part very well. Before anyone suggests it, yes, I know of Death Grips, and I also know Dälek. They're both amazing, but not quite what I'm looking for.
NAH is not very well known, so here is a sample of his (their?) works.
