Is there a website or other platform where a company can solicit for an hire experienced IFTTT developers? I specifically looking to develop an applet (or whatever its called) that would:

Perform a REST API query to a soil moisture system that provides (site and sensor information (moisture, temp, and EC) via its open API. This soil moisture system can have as few as 1 or 2 sensors or as many at 500 . This would tie into existing IFTTT services/applets by smart irrigation controller companies (Rachio or Rainmachine). Based on the return of data from the sensors rules would be applied to skip, reduce or increase watering schedules for the irrigation zones.
