Is it possible? On Bluetooth headset connect play asmr.

I listen to an asmr artist on my device and have many files stored either on specific web addresses or on my phone.
I'm also very indecisive when selecting files and would rather have something choose one file play it back then stop.
Is it possible to when my bluetooth device (sleep mask) connects to my phone that it'll trigger (play random file / website content)
I'm on the android version of the app and was curious if this could be done.
