Has anyone used the ifixit cleaning kit or other suggestions for electronic cleaning kits?

I'm searching for a dedicated kit to clean electronics and get gunk out of controller shaped items.

I wanted to give ifixit more money so I went to them first as I have their small repair kit and really like it. Photo is the primary cleaning kit off the ifixit website.

The ifixit kit includes (shortened descriptions):

  • Spudger - scraping and picking.
  • Halberd Spudger - Scooping & blade.
  • Angled Tweezers - Grabbing.
  • DeoxIT D100L - Electronic contact cleaner.
  • Cylindrical Brush - Plastic bristles and compressible.
  • Medium Foam Tipped Swab - For swabbing or applying solvents.
  • Precision Foam Tipped Swab - Highly compressible, for swabbing.
  • Precision Tipped Micro Brushes - Two different diameter brushes for scrubbing tight spaces.
  • Small Detailing Brush - Small diameter light brush for dusting ports.
  • Plastic Pick and Brush Combo - For dislodging buildup from ports.
  • Lint-Free Cleanroom Wipes

Question about the kit, do the plastic and foam tipped swabs require replacement? Are replacements orderable through the website?

I did not see an option to buy bulk replacement tips or individual swabs.

Any alternative suggestions for other kits or ideas is very appreciated, thank you.
