2 Pin Bluetooth Adapter Help.

So right now I have 2 sets of iems in the mail.
1) TRUTHEAR x Crinacle Zero 2 pin 0.78mm
2)KZ EDX Pro 2pin 0.75mm
So I'm assuming I cannot buy one device for both sets of IEMs?
Are .75mm and .78mm 2 pin connectors interchangeable?
Any help or product info is greatly appreciated.
