How to make IEM's with 4 line audio jack work on iphone?

So I recently got a new cable for my iphone and turns out it is a 3.5mm jack with 4 lines instead of 3, guess I accidentally clicked the option for that on checkout. Anyways, the right earbud will not work due to this issue, is there anyway to get around this like a new adapter for iphones to connect the 3.5mm jack or am I done for? Thank you!
