Artti T10 vs Simgot EW300 (standard version)

Post Body

I’ve read and looked all I can into the Arrti T10 thoroughly, and there’s a lot talking about them, but the Simgot EW300 are new enough that there isn’t a ton about them yet, especially with comparisons, thought what I have seen is positive. I was wondering if anyone with experience with them could weigh in on which one is better given they cost the same at the shop I’m using.

My use case is mostly extreme metal, orchestral, and J-pop, with movies/gaming being the secondary use. I tend to prefer a more balanced sound that slightly leans towards a V without being a true V-shape.

I looked at various graphs and they mostly measure the same (some slight variance in 100-250Hz and 5-8kHz regions); but since I don’t mind EQing, the main thing I’m interested in are the technicalities of 1) speed/impact (how does each handle double-kick drums and guitar solos? Does bass have a controlled weight to it?); 2) soundstage (mostly for large orchestral arrangements, but if they work for gaming that’s a bonus); 3) separation (also for orchestral/instrumental stuff, but also for extreme metal with clustered tracks).

I want to support my local shop (it’s the last audio store left in my town, 40 years running), so I would like to focus on these two sets if possible. I might expand in the future.

Thank You!
