First IEM,is this normal?

Just got 7HZ Salnotes Zero 2.

My wired earphone(Realme buds 2) sounds loud enough at 30-35% volume in mobile while IEM at same volume sound not loud enough/flat.

If I increase volume to 50% then it sounds about right.Both has impedance of 32 ohm.

I will use it for long periods of time that's why I'm asking this n I don't want to damage my ears n just want to make sure even if question sound stupid.

I know zero 2 is more neutral,needs good seal,I don't use EQ,everything is good on my side.My simple question is do they require slightly higher volume generally to produce same level of sound?
