(Bug) Necklace of Epiphany

For some reason after I downloaded the most recent update (4.1.2) while I was checking everything in the game for changes, I noticed my Necklace of Epiphany shows that it is now locked as if it was never purchased (though it most certainly was before this update).
I assumed maybe something changed with it and the Jewel of Souls were refunded but my Jewel of Soul count has not changed since before the update.
