Eldritch Fury Relic

Is there like, some secret method im missing out on here to get this relic?! I’ve been at it for atleast a month right now and I still haven’t gotten it. (Yes I’ve unlocked them) you don’t have to get them in order right? As in, I don’t have to get every eldritch before this one? Should I replace my captains with artifact find chance, as currently they’re all speed / loot? Please, tell me I’m not this unlucky and that I’m doing something wrong
