So I left my game on the event free run trying to grind to 5000 skulls since yesterday. I was just 500 or so away when I decided to go to some other free run. Except because I've been doing event free run after event free run, I didn't click the extra few times to make sure I was in a different campaign and-- OOPS there goes 2500 skulls.

I spent like five minutes angsting and then being glad that because I bought the DLC, I had enough contracts to technically get all the skulls I lost back once I hit the wall.

Lesson of the day: Don't be absent-minded with your clicking. Especially not on the events interface.
