Making youtube and soundcloud links into playlists within sub-reddits

I have an idea, maybe it already exists but it would kind of be like hype machine. In the music subreddits nearly half the posts are youtube videos. It would be great if we could somehow have the videos play continuously i.e. goes directly to the next video, instead of having the click on the next video.Would be great with SoundCloud also.
