Hiya - in modmail, we have to click into a new mail in order to perform actions on it.

If we need to perform actions on several mails, we have to click into all of them and perform the desired action on each mail in turn.

It's be easier if we could perform actions without clicking into each mail. A simple column of selection buttons and associated action buttons available in the interface (prior to clicking into anything) would suffice.

For added ease of access, the mail list interface could have expand/collapse buttons, such that long texts can be shown or hidden as needed.

These two interface additions would make it easier to process mail from within the list window, instead of using additional clicks (and interface context changes) to go through all mail.
