Require minimum karma to follow people.

I'm getting a new follower per day roughly who is some gal pushing your only fans porn site.
Routinely they have never posted anything.
I would like a feature where they had to have some minimum karma in some sub I subscribe to before they could follow me.
E.g. I subscribe to /r/foo and /r/bar and /r/baz. They have to have 10 karma in ONE of those groups if they want to follow me.
This way reddit isn't just being used to shill for onlyfans.
