Anyone know of the best way to turn a pudding into ice cream?

Post Body

My roommate is out of the house for a few days and one of his favorite deserts is “Banana Pudding” which is vanilla pudding mixed with banana slices and Nilla Wafer cookies.

I was just wondering if I should stick with My ice cream base and just add a bit off the pudding mix, forgo the mix entirely and just recreate the flavors without it, or just make vanilla pudding and putting it in My machine.

Yeah, I can’t tell if I want chunks of banana in it or just the flavor by purĂ©ing it but your idea sounds great.

All of these sound super helpful!

What about swirling two different bases? Make them separately, layer them into a container and just mix in there?

How do people add a swirl? I don’t get it. Whenever I try, the machine just turns it homogeneous instead of swirling

A banana custard sounds like a good substitute
