Dying to hear reports from today. Stowe snow report said they got "8 inches of fresh, heavy, wet snow at all elevations" . Wonder how long that will hold up over day with basically 2 ways to get down.

I certainly wasn't hiking for the view... The skiing was mint until the bottom third, where it got super heavy. Worth the slog out.

I hiked Jay this morning and I'd say that's a pretty fair estimate. Hard to say exactly due to drifting, but it was definitely knee deep for the top half
