Not all of them, but I agree they're unlikely to form a coalition. To be fair, my main experience with owners comes from pre-2008, before I moved up; I haven't knowingly interacted with that segment of the clientele in a minute.

Sadly that's the vibe I've gotten over the years as well. I still have hope that locals/condo owners can band together and pull an MRG style buyout, but that's probably a pipe dream.
