It seemingly goes lower than it did before, 5.5 pixels, rather than 2. I just double checked between a non-updated device and my updated one, and it's super noticeable and almost jarring while playing with the new sneaking. The animation is also a lot longer, it takes more fractions of a second now to travel the ~5.5 blocks, rather than how it was nearly instant. They must have left part of the sneaking change in from what they were working on in the beta. Unfortunately, we still can not go under slabs with it. Also, the crosshair location is still where it used to be, so now you don't place where you're looking at, which is frustrating.
