Here we go again...

I was finally feeling better. I got some new enzymes prescribed and they did good for me for like a month. And for the past few days I feel awful, especially today. I am very bloated, I rush to the bathroom but I have difficulties pooping. I'm farting and it smells like hell. I feel very discouraged and sad. I just want to cry 😔😔😔
