Holiday Party

Today is my companies holiday party and I am freaking out. They have rented buses to take us to and from the venue for lunch. The bus ride each way is probably 30-60 minutes. I will be eating somewhere I have never tried and they have alcohol. The restaurant has low ratings on Yelp. I am about to email the organizers and tell them I will drive myself to and from the venue. I'm not going to tell them I have IBS but rather make something up like car sickness on the bus. I really hate myself.
