I don't have a diagnosis, however, since forever I remember, I have had constipation like issues. One day (not one time) per week pooing, sometimes less, rarely more. I had a check with a doctor for this (I got really scary stomach sounds, which I am still not sure how it's related, it started when I broke some ribs, and it's getting better since). However - I found a post about eating kiwi's on r/ibs and thought to give it a go. It's amazing. The pooing is a bit too watery to my flavour from time to time, but it's much better than carrying a week load with me. If I eat 2 green kiwi's in a day (without skin), it's at least 1 poo per day.
Now I am curious what your experiences are. For me, I ate the kiwi's on an "emtpy" stomach near the evening. I stopped and the constipation was back pretty fast. So if you use kiwi's, how many do you eat , how frequently and do you eat them on an empty stomach or together with a meal? Any insights in how different patterns work, would be very useful for me (and probably reduce the experimenting for myself quite a bit).
