Post Body

It was my brothers birthday last night and we went to a pho place. I already know I can't have wheat so nothing with noodles, I'm lactose intolerant so no shakes or milk tea or cream cheese and idk what wontons are so those were not OK either, so I got orange chicken and rice which was delicious

Family gets combination appetizer and I bit into a really good egg roll and I had a hard time swallowing it cause I thought I tasted onion, WHICH I LOVE BUT NOW HAVE REACTIONS TO. Like immediate, violent reactions. So Legit I stared at a napkin wondering ir I should spit out that whole bite, cause i don't want an awful toilet experience later!!

I felt so unsure of what I'd react to and it literally ruined the eggroll experience. I know eating is social and I was just with family but man I was so anxious at the table not knowing if I'd have to run to the bathroom, despite never having any incidents in public and obviously purposely trying to "eat right"

Also last week at work we get tacos/burritos but I got asada fries with no onion. It was still too spicy and hurt, plus im awkward around my coworkers :(

I think my flare ups are declining but I'm just waiting to get punished for eating the wrong thing.
