So I feel my IBS has been worsening and always feel something bad after any meal.
Thinking of keeping a food log/journal of potential triggers or culprits. I'm wondering if there's any apps y'all use for this? Would the notes app / google docs be easiest? Wondering if anyone else is doing this.
Last week I made dinner and seemed fine. Brought it in for lunch the next day and after 8-10 bites I felt bloated and had to use the restroom. That's getting way too fast for my liking which is obviously upping my anxiety.
