I’ve just applied for IBEW 429. I know this can take a while, and I’ve been reviewing everything offered here. From the PDF of interview questions, to Mad Electricians videos, and more. I have a rather long list of subjects to study. My question is though. Would these flash cards be of any help? I don’t mean in the form of studying, or how one should study that suits them best. I’m asking if it’s worth my time as a possible Apprentice, to study this specifically.

It’s Electrical AC Theory by CRAM.

They have an app you can use. But my wife and I would also be writing down everything as well. And make physical flash cards. Would anyone else happen to have some good books to review? Any digital sources you’d recommend?
