Ive been talking to some organizers at the union and have sent in my documents, my application was accepted and they said they are waiting for construction to increase because a bunch of building trades are negotiating their contracts, some are on strike, as you probably know.
Over the past few months, I've heard it's been real busy, did work slow down recently with these strikes. I remember reading comments about how they're were plenty of unfilled calls for apprentices, has that reversed with the work stoppages?
anyone have any guesses for how long until things are resolved?
