Where can I learn more about Meiso and Mokuso?

When we do Mokuso, I have no idea what I'm doing. For various reasons, we never got into discussion about it and I can't ask my Sensei about the topic, for the near future.
I tried looking it up online but there does not seem to be that many resources on the topic. Perhaps its because I'm not the best at googling or maybe these concepts have a different name in the mainstream. Where can I learn more about this?
