Help! I disabled my iPhone!

Hi everyone, my wife's iPhoneX had the screen damaged and we tried multiple times to unlock it. I didn't know there would be a limit. I've gone through all the other limits in place (5, 15, 60 mins etc) and now I believe it is on the final screen where it says that iPhone disabled connect to iTunes.
Theres a lot of precious data on the phone (pictures etc). Is there a way to get the data out?!
