Help: Stuck in Headphones Mode

Earlier today my phone was completely fine, and I was watching vids earlier with the speaker on my phone. However, about an hour or so ago I go to play a video, and the volume isn’t working. I thought it was just a quick issue so I restarted my phone, but it didn’t fix itself.

Now I’ve had this issue before and I believe I fixed it by sticking the bic pen end into the headphone jack, not the tip side of course, and it worked. However, I’ve tried many many solutions that I discovered on YouTube and none of them have fixed it. So is there a way to fix this problem? Any solutions? Thank you
