Anyone experiencing overheating after iOS 16.3.1

Hey, is there anyone who is experiencing drastic over heating after updating and very pathetic (the least to say) system performance and lag after the iOS 16.3.1 update? I can literally make eggs on back of my phone and the system is laggy as hell.
Do you have any solutions to it because the support clearly doesn’t have any.
