Battery health from 98 to 96%

Hello guys, I got my second hand IPhone 11 about 3 months ago. And the battery health dropped from 98 to 96 in 3 months. Is it normal? How may I avoid this? I’m not a heavy user and usually I don’t let the battery drop below 20%.
