I’ll try and be short. My 11 was working just fine and then it wasn’t. I pulled it from my back pocket and found that the screen was unresponsive to my touch. I did a force restart and eventually was directed through a forced recovery by Apple but that did not work either. I have since been shipped a new 11. My dilemma is that I last backed up to the Cloud in Nov of 2020 so a backup through my iCloud account loses 9 months of info. I can’t connect to my computer because I cannot unlock the phone to allow a connection and the easiest quickest way of just putting my new phone close to my old phone does not work mode phone does not recognize that another device is near. Does anyone have any suggestions or are there any websites with the instructions on how to get my data transferred even though my screen is unresponsive to touch and seemingly forever locked.
