Battery taking a serious hit on iOS 13.4.1 and iPhone 11 is overheating

So guys I need some help, I updated to ios 13.4.1 4 days back and my phone's battery is taking a serious hit, the phone is overheating and im not even getting 3 to 4 hours of screen on time where as before this i was getting 7 to 8 hours. Should I update to the public beta 13.4.5 or that would be a bad idea?
