Dear reddit,

Can anyone help me out with the procedure of buying apple care for ipad pro online? Is there a device check up and verification in case I buy it online in Germany?

I got a new Ipad and its not even been 60 days so its still eligible for Apple care plus. I had an accident and it cracked the screen. Now I know that this product is not technically eligible for the apple care since its damaged but I am still trying since getting it repaired otherwise is too expensive for me. Any tips would be appreciated.
