I have a ipad air (2019) and curious benefits of Pro as primarily windows surface user

I own many windows devices and primarily do creative projects with the surface level ne. I do have an m1 mini and an air ipad '19. My question is what are the differences in what I'll see when going to pro iPad. Is my benefit mostly speed? I'm sure this is a common question but looking to see actual users opinion.
