I am super pissed that this new iPad will not fit the current magic keyboard. I see this as completely unacceptable, either they made the new one too thick and there is a design flaw or they made the old case too thin and they were being short sighted. I love my iPad Pro 12.9 3rd gen, and as an upgradeable device it would be a worth it update to the new one considering the one I have is functionally the same as the 2020 4th gen but not with the price of the keyboard, I wasn’t looking to pay full fledged computer prices for that upgrade.
I know I’m just salty because I wanted to upgrade but this is why I was not an apple person before and they have successfully pushed me away again. I know iPad is the absolute best tablet on the market, that’s why I bought one, but once apple has you by the balls in their ecosystem they have the power to do sheisty stuff like this and personally, I hate it.
