I have four things I want in a case
- no keyboard, I don't use one
- A protective cover
- a good angle and I can also hold the case on the back flat. It doesn't need to magnetically attach, just flip around and stay flat.
- no built in pencil storage. I have one but I don't need it on hand 24x7 and just using the magnet is good enough
The photo on the left is the new ESR case I'm returning, the one on the right is my old ESR case. That angle difference makes all the difference in my usability (I'm tall so the angle on the new just doesn't work. Also, the magnetic triangle design doesn't hold as well as old so I've already knocked my iPad over just using it. Otherwise it's a fine case.
Has anyone found a case with less of a straight up and down case, like my old one? They're basically the same case except for the small changes that add up.
