I just bought an iPad Pro 4 recently. I'm used to Windows. What app equivalents of Paint.NET and Blender are there on the App Store?

Specifically, the part of Blender that I am seeking is the VFX portion of it, like motion/camera tracking and placing 3D objects where I want, even if it comes or goes off-screen.
As for Paint.NET, I'm just seeking an app that is exactly like it. I have Photoshop on the iPad already, but I want to use Paint.NET, too.
Will you all please name your suggestions?
Please include suggestions that are related to what I'm looking for, too, if you will! 😄
